Cust Reps unaware
. It’s not really nice for your customer service reps to ignore your customers. You’re a place that provides a service and depends on your clients to pay your salaries. You should really have people working there that understand this concept and do what they can to be helpful rather than purposely ignoring your clients. This is terrible business.
