Dissapointed
When providing a service, a business must be professional. Anything less is unacceptable. Professionalism is the bare minimum, and my experience using this service has helped me determine that this business doesn’t care to accomplish even the bare minimum. Workers don’t do their jobs and the representatives don’t care about their customers.
