I had a coating and cutting of stainless steel . The customer service from the beginning was lacking. However I was already 400 plus into this company . We made some adjustments after picking up the stainless and needed some new cuts and coating . I was told to pick it up anytime after Weds . I paid my guys to pick it up and I called and gave my cc card over the phone prior to them driving from Tampa to pick it up . Levi the owner told me it would be ready . My guys showed up and it wasn't touched they never even started . When I called I was told Levi wasn't in but would call me back . He did and went OFF when I showed any upset about the problem with his lame business . He screamed like a lunatic at me and blamed my guys not his own incopetence or his incompetant employees and hung up on me . I found another company that did that finished DUNRITE Metal Fabrication and Dunrite Coatings incomplete job for half the price and they are now doing several other projects for me . Avoid this place at all costs .
