DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH E-CAREERS

If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my rating. DO NOT purchase anything through e-careers they are a money grabbing company and say that once the voucher is redeemed you cannot get any refund or cancel the course after the 14 day period. Coming from someone who has lost all financial income due to COVID-19 they could not care less, even when I approached them about being concerned about paying my monthly instalments all they mentioned was the voucher has been redeemed. E-careers I suggest you re-look at your t&c as it seems I am not the only person in this position. I would still like to cancel my course.

I feel lied to.

I decided to participate in a specific course I was interested in since it got "discounted" . First of all I must admit I got deceived as I believed it was an advanced course. Not only this but I had to pay extra for the course materials and text books. To my great surprise this was not the last thing that I got charged for. Apparently my exams were also had quite the hefty price. During the usage of the provide materials , some of them had problems with my operating system. The company declined to provide any refund, because they treated this issue as my fault. Totally rediculous.
