Rude staff, frustration

Eon completely disregards the customer's inquiries. The staff was awfully disrespectful, and was unable to provide any clarity over the billing for the past couple months. I highly suggest to anyone using their services to switch to different provider ASAP!!!

Untrustworthy company

My estate agent had registered an account with this company and I had to use their services for some time. Each time I spoke with someone from their team, I was told a different thing. I wouldn't recommend them!

Awful customer service

The staff of this company was really rude to me over the phone. I was just calling to update some details for my account and I couldn't believe how unfriendly and impolite they were. I was put on hold and I'm still waiting for them to respond. Such a waste of time!
