Very poor customer support
I would not recommend the company to anyone. You can forget ressolving any issues with your bills. I've contacted them over chat more than a couple of times and I couldn't understand a single word of their explanation.

Very poor customer service
This company is very unreliable! The support team is quite rude and the experience I've had with them is rather stressful!

Don't recommend them
Every time I try to call this company, I have to wait for about 20 min to talk to someone. After I've waited for so long they keep redirecting me through their lines and no one seems to know the answers to my questions. This is not a professional customer service!

I'm happy with their service
It is very easy to work with them - checking and switching packages online is very easy and not so time-consuming. Their online energy tracking meter is also very useful. Comparing them with the other suppliers I've used til now, I can say they are pretty reliable.
