Essentra Kidlington

I would like to share my recent experience at Essentra Kidlington. Firstly its 12 hours shifts 4 days on 4 days off. So started at packing cell but started have lover back pain and feets burn so i sat down on chair and carry on packing, not to mention all packing stations are made like for minions and taller people will have problems to stand and lean all day. Next thing my collegue came to me and told me you cant sit or you get sack. Health and safety? No Unfair dismisal? I think so. But what can you do as agency worker??? After 4 says got call from agency telling me i did not performe well didnt pack enough per day which is completly bs and poor excuse. This place need unions, its full of backstabing people so be careful what you say and to who, if you "lucky" to work for them. Avoid
