Awful
My wife took insurance out with this company for our family holiday, she had things taken on the last day before we were collected for the airport, insurance won't help so my wife paid for a service that's not been provided.

Worst company ever
I took out travel insurance with this company, when I got home I had to contact them as I needed to complain, 4 weeks later they got in touch after 3 emails of complaint for ignorance and they expected me to have things that no one would have, stay clear because they will not help and they will not pay out.
