I feel really disgusted.
What I am angry about is not that I had to pay more for a service that would cost way less elsewhere. It is that in addition to paying a higher amount, at this company, for a possibly cheaper service, I still had to deal with the highest level of unprofessionalism from the staff. They were rude, inefficient and very nonchalant. I caught myself wondering if they were offering me any free services but no.

What a warm experience. The training these staff has received was really working, especially noting that they had just the right answer to every question that I asked.
