Very bad and very unprofessional company

i have two different business card taking payment terminal from this company. after doing a contract within three months terminal stop working and from last two weeks i been chasing this company up for new terminal but everyday they making a fake promises and not providing the service and whenever ask to speak to manager , manager is not available to speak, very bad and really unprofessional company and staff . 0 out of 10 for this company
