I purchased a RFB pressure washer which arrived quick for what seems like a third party seller cheaper than amazon so I was willing to wait an extra day or 2. I actually purchased a refurbished generator later for the jobsite as well and a year later it's still kickin'!

Very bad customer service
I placed an order 4 days ago and of of today have not received any shipment information and my order still shows unfulfilled even though i have been charged. I tried using their chat service which shows online but i get no response. I left a message and no response

Not working
My Champion 100155 7000W/9000W Dual Fuel Generator Manufacturer RFB worked for only 1 month. After that i had to send it back to the supplier for exchange. They are still holding my machine and i don`t know why. Stay away from this company.
