This is a terrible company. The "clinicians" are basically glorified taxi drivers who get access to your most personal information, and probably are ethically unqualified to have it! Many of these people have online degrees, zero valid credentials to be in the mental health field and are very unprofessional. They're dishonest and are essentially a welfare succibi; in that they prey on and overbill for bad, needless services, and target people on government disability, drug addicts with Medicaid and their children too. For example, if you were a single mother with Medicaid, you might find your clinician suddenly recommending that all your children need therapy at Family Insight. If anyone in government oversight took a close look at the monkey business going on with this company (and to be honest, most others like it), they'd be shut down. Be aware of your rights, don't be afraid to question their billing practices, honesty etc, and keep records of what they do and say, save texts! But the best advice of all: Just don't use them. You may end up worse than when you sought help. PS, the turnover rate in insane. You won't be working with the same person long, unless they're so terrible that they can't get a job anywhere else, or they've already worked every other gig in town.
