Awful Customer Service

I stopped by your office over week ago to get a quote for my business. I was told somebody would call me to set up an appointment to come out and take pictures and measure. I never heard from anybody but it was a good thing that I was on site one day when they just decided to show up. They measured took pictures and I was told I would have a quote by the next day. It has now been a week later and I called to see if they had a quote ready and I was told they would get back to me today. Nobody would even pick up the phone and call me but just decided to send me an email saying they don't even deal with this signs that I need. I was very upfront with what I was looking. Please don't waste your time with them.
