Yelled at me

Called in and couldn’t understand a think that was being said once someone finally picked up. I asked them to repeat themselves twice before they started yelling at me. I just hung up. Who do they think they are? You can’t treat customers so poorly and expect to stay in business.

Constant issues for over 7 years

For my money’s worth, this company’s primary goal is to rake in as much money as possible, while giving you choices and options that are shoddy at best. I have been with this company for over 7 years, but they wanted to charge me a rate that was not competitive. On top of that, the work that was done was of poor quality. What a pathetic bunch of losers.
