Unhelpful

Nobody in the entire Universe has time for this place. I am not even sure if I just keep speaking with the same person or not but people are busy! Nobody has time to be on the phone for three hours every single time they have a SMALL question. I mean, I would have earned a degree faster than that it would take for them to explain even a tiny detail of this service. Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else unless you enjoy speaking on the phone to random strangers for way longer than necessary. I mean, this service would be ok if I was a lonely ninety-five-year-old woman who is living alone with nothing else to do, needed someone to talk to, and I could still hear. Any other situation and it is a NO from me.
