I join here, paid $25 for 10 days, couldn't upload the photo of my property. I email costumer service to help me. I was told that just up load my photos to [email protected] so they will try to upload them on my profile. I did every thing what they told me to. Still nothing happen, no photos of my house on my profile. I tried upload more than 10 time, still nothing happen. Went back to costumer sercise and ask for help again, same thing they said they didn't receive any email from me sent to support@ flat mates.com.au. I thought that was impossible. I asked for a refund many times, and I was told it's none refundable, so I asked could you please activate my profile again for I lost 10 days for nothing. So they activated my profile and told me that there are 2 photos there now on my profile. So I went and check, there I so my old photos on my profile from about 2 year ago, witch is complitly different from my curry add that I want to use. The photo they put on was a small room that is no longer for rent. So I went back and said to them you are putting wrong photos, and wrong addvertisment. And told them they had very bad costumer service.
