Lack of customer care

I submitted my booking for a very cut and dry service, and you were aware that I needed it complete within seven days. According to your website, this was not only possible it was a standard practice I was also reassured when I asked in my original email. It is now day 8, and they are not even getting back to me. They took my money and had done nothing in return!
