This company, the owner and promoters are all liers and after only after money. My husband and I booked azzizieh package last year it was the worst experience ever, after 4 day at a nice hotel in Mecca, we were transfered to this building of their own in azzizieh, it is so old and in a bad very dirty area, they pickle 4-5 people in almost 14 by 12 room with twin beds that is almost one foot apart, I had to share the bed with my bag, one stinky bathroom, no area to pray in the rooms, the basement was the praying area for all travelers and we shared it with our luggage, no air that tiny room, no AC, and no microphones. they served two meals a day with rotten food sometimes, people got into big fights with them, they had to call their attorney to talk to us. animals refuse to eat what they served, transportation to mecca was so bad throug them and frustrated most of us had to pay for taxis. one time they provided the vip package's bus to transfer us back from mecca to azzizieh because it was hard to find transportaion and we got kicked of the bus by a guy who was the leader for that bus group and he said the bus is only for the ones who paid for that package and it is not fair for them that who paid less to use their bus. Mena tents were horrible with AC's not working well, it felt like we are dying in their, they served breakfat and at the end of the day dinner that most of us threw away because it sat in the heat so long, some got food poison and was transfered to hospital, women tents had no mic. so we could not hear azan or any khotbas. Transfering back to airport was a disaster, they diidn't have enought buses, so they left bags behind, and we waited all day in bused waiting for the guy to deliver our passports. i could go on and on , i wrote many reviews after we came back but it seems like Sara has a way of deleting them and posting their own review. I hope this reaches all my muslim brothers and sisters who plan on going to haj, I don't want you to go through the frustration and sickness that we went throug with this greedy that has no fear from Allah.
