Friendly's in Endicott, ny

my friend gabby and I went to friendly's for a nice afternoon snack, little did we know that it would be a horrible experience. I ordered applesauce instead of fries and what did I get I got fries, I also ordered a Shirley temple and got sprite. I politely corrected her and she rolled her eyes and said I'll fix it in a rude tone. She messed up my friend's order on her ice cream and when she politely corrected her as she walked away she mumbled the unfriendly b word under her breathe. The worker (Jodi) messed up our order at least five times. Finially when it cam time for a check she charged me about fifteen dollars and I ordered a kids menu and she wouldn't give us a receipt. (By the way this was in February)
