Unnaceptable and rude!
The impression that I could from everyone I dealt with at this company was that they would rather be doing something else. Nobody seemed to be excited to be getting my business. They weren't trying to make me feel appreciated and they certainly didn't make me feel like they wanted my business again. If these people don't want to work there, they shouldn't be. They make the company look bad and I will never use their services again. My apologies to the poor owner who depends on these people to make the company look good.
