Never experienced such terrible customer service anywhere

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. They emailed me that I had won a free eBook in their give-away bit I never received it. I sent them screenshots and provided detailed descriptions of what I had done to have this work. I went back and forth with their support person for a month with them coming up with new excuses how it was my fault that I continued to rebut as incorrect. Turns out they had someone else's Amazon account linked to my name that they gave the book to. But they ultimately said they gave it to someone so they met their requirements and refused to rectify the issue. I'm never working with them again!
