I attempted to order from grub hub and my order totaled $25.63 (including tip and delivery fee. I was given an ETA of like 45 min to an hour. At the 45 min mark, I check my phone and see I have a missed call. I missed the delivery driver and immediately called him back to which my calls were ignored. I call customer service and they provide me with a $25 coupon which was my order total. I think To myself, this is great! as I'm replacing my order, I find out that the order minimum is $25 to use this coupon. I call back and the representatives has no idea on how their own coupons work and tells me it should work on the total order. I tell her SEVERAL TIMES IT DOES NOT WORK, I needed a cart minimum of $25. Frustrated, I ask to be refunded for my order I did not receive (like what most restaurants do) and have the coupon deactivated. She tells me no, and I have to keep paying more money if I want to replace my order. I have no desire to use this coupon as I this is absolutely not how you treat a customer(s)who uses grub hub regularly. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will never seek the service of Grub Hub again
