We bought 3 major kitchen appliances when moving to new home last Feb (2018). Appliance 1 (Freezer) stopped working after only 2-3 months. Build quality poor. Support poor. Appliance returned to vendor (PC World) with full refund. Appliance 2 (Dishwasher) had faulty control panel from delivery. Stopped working in October. 3 weeks and informed today that part will take 7 more days to deliver. Service very slow. Appliance 3 (Fridge). 8 months on and It's still hanging in there but making funny vibrations intermittently. Fingers crossed. We bought into the GRUNDIG brand and German build quality. This was a big mistake. Grundig were famous for music players back in the day and are now part of Beko. You have been warned!!
