Bad service and attitude

My mum doesn’t drive anymore due to her age and lack of reflexes. I usually sit with her and talk while she waits to do what she needs to do. On this occasion, she was seeking a service, and was awaiting her turn in line. When her turn came and she got to the desk, the employee was so rude and curt with Mum that Mum began to shake and finally to cry. I let the person behind the counter have an earful and took Mum home. We found another service immediately, and these people were so nice and helpful that we thought the other place was a bad dream. Don’t go there.
