The staff at this firm is clueless. They had a hard time helping me learn how to use their service. I cannot understand why this company decided to hire a staff that cannot provide fast and effective solutions to their customers. This was a frustrating experience that I will never forget. I don’t want to go through this again. This is the main reason why I decided to do business with another company. This company does not get high marks from me
