Very good food. Recommend ribs. However had a bad experience with Robert in the bar area. Ordered same ribs on second not got. They seemed much minuscule compared to previous night. Upon mentioning it PAUL went to get some more. However they looked insipid. PAUL was going to get it rectified when this guy Robert came along and said why we were complaining as the chef had spent 36 hours cooking it. I said it did not look like what we were already eating. He said do you want me to go and paint them the same colour? Never heard anything like it. So in case you stay here and have a problem speak to Cipriani or PAUL or anyone but Robert. He spoilt our otherwise pleasant stay. In fact I write while still here.
