Poor quality of the service

I couldn't wait to work with what I thought was an amazing business, but I could have never been more wrong. It was expensive, with poor quality service. The employees had bad attitudes, and it was totally inefficient and unprofessional. I am seriously disillusioned, and telling everyone I know about this lousy experience.

This service did not deliver as promised

When I asked for help, I was ignored (and I wasn't being quiet about it either). When someone could be bothered to acknowledge me, they flippantly told me they couldn't do anything about it. I don't need to deal with people that rude, and won't be returning.
