Very bad customer service
Does anyone at this online service speak English? I ordered what they offered in plain, easy to understand English. What I received was a different colour and a different size. Upon contacting them to get what I had originally ordered, they professed not to understand what I was talking about. I asked for a supervisor, only to be told there wasn’t one. I wanted my money back, but they didn’t understand that either. They have been reported, and I strongly suggest you not use this service.
