Fail to meet agreement then stop communicating
Order failed to turn up by agreed date so contacted them. Was told there was a problem with the shed and it was now ready and I would be contacted to arrange delivery. No contact was ever made. Now response to emails and phone calls went unanswered.

Not only did the customer service representative walk me through what I was looking for in a new wooden shed, but she provided her input as to which shed to choose for my needs.
