Lost and found..
I expect someone to deliver on their promises after I pay them for a service. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. Considering all the promises the company made, I am extremely disappointed. Is it too hard for someone to stick with their word? I must also point out that the customer service department was terrible. They had me holding on the phone for a long period of time. I really don’t think they value their customers. Well, I learned my lesson!
