Delivery times and incomplete delivery
Jerome furniture never told us that they deliver at 6:15am in Saturday morning. Then they delivery was incomplete leaving the headboard in San Diego. This caused me to lose my dinner reservation, waste an entire Saturday waiting for some rude people to bring back what they forgot to bring in the first place. If you value your time, don't shop here. Our mistake was giving the salespeople the chance to help us after making us wait over an hour and then leaving us several times in between to tend to other customers. Makes a person feel unimportant, THAT IS BAD BUSINESS.
