Order Not delivered - poor customer service
I order a tablet April 24th, 2017 for My daughter's graduation gift and have not received it yet , their tracking information is not working got a hold of several customer service people ,with My account information and tracking # and they sent out a replace tablet and it should of been here today May 15th ,2017 and still no product and information on My order. Only 2 service customer service people seamed to be worried through this whole ordeal. was called two different names and not My names associated with My account information, so I'am wonder if My tablet got shipped to the 2 other people's name they have called Me.
