Unadequate stock
I purchased a product from this site only to find that it is nothing like the photo posted on the website. Not only is the colour different but the material is poor quality. I asked to be refunded on the grinds that I have been misold this product. The response I got to this was that it was practically impossible to replicate the same colour or design on an outfit as seen. They offered me a 10% discount even though they have admitted to not being able to produce the item they advert on their website. Still waiting for my refund and never shopping here again. Appalling customer service.
