"Jar of Frowns"

I received a Jar of Smiles as a gift. I sent a message requesting a refund as It was something I would not use. My reply from the company stated that since they were hand written notes for each order I would incur a restocking fee and the balance refunded to the sender. This gift was with wrapping ,shipping,and tax approximately $57.00, for a mason jar half filled with messages and confetti. Please save your money, time and frustration as this company is only out for the money. I have dealt with many reputable companies in my long years of living and have never experienced this type of customer service.I feel I am being punished for receiving a gift I cannot use. Buyer beware!!!!!

Mixed Experience

I received Kindnotes from a friend about a year and a half ago. The jar and messages were nice. I decided to purchase Kindnotes gifts for others. I purchased a few items but began to find the items overpriced and the “sales” somewhat questionable. The customer service is not very good, and they representatives can be bit coy. There are other concerns with the company that I will not mention. However, I would recommend being careful overly relying on the customer reviews on its website.

Such A Delight!

I was online searching for unusual gifts for Easter and ran across the web site for "kindnotes"! All I can say is WOW! My sister has the best of the best in all aspects of her life ~ but when she received her Kindnotes gift she was thrilled to say the least! It's great when you view a product, then hold your breath as to what it will actually be ~ Kindnotes delivers 100%!! I will use them many more times and encourage you to do the same! Amazing!!
