I called the Kreisers on Ohio Street in Chicago. I have been taking my dog there for over a year. They have a very bad habit of scheduling an appointment and then if something comes up they change it without letting you know. Terrible service. They turn this around all the time and make it your problem, do not appologise, and do not even care. They are one of the most expensive at grooming dogs. I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, May 2nd 2017 and never received a call confirming the appointment. I called and they said it was for the 9th. I disagreed and they said I could come in on Thursday, May 4th at 11:00 am. I called again to confirm and she was not on the schedule. I was told my groomer was out on a medical procedure and they could not have booked this. I disagreed with her because they did. This is twice this week they did this to me. I have had it with this company and will never do business with them again. They lie and turn it into your problem. When you confront them they turn in mean people and just say "ok and buy" if you tell them they are awful. I would be very leary of taking your dog there for grooming. This is all if have to say and hope people think twice.
