Little Playland provides quality customer care to the number of customer's they have. Whenever anyone may have an issue they will immediately begin to resolve the issue. You wont regret buying from Little Playland.

I've used Little Playland for a while and never had any issues, anything broken or not working has always been replaced sometimes before I've even returned the broken part. Delivery service has always been very quick, if any issues have occurred I've had fast delivery for the product again and been given a discount or refund for the inconvenience even if not caused by them but the delivery company.

They have a wide variety of anything you could think of. Never had a major problem on anything. Great customer service and return policy. Shipping is so fast.

I have to say, one of the few companies to truly impress. Not without the occasional issue but with a company of such sheer volume this is to be expected. The difference is, they do make a very genuine effort to solve fix and resolve.

Their business model is incredible and they treat their customers great. If you have a problem with an item you just return it, using one of the local drop boxes, and your money is refunded very quickly. I can't say one bad thing about the company.

I think the working conditions could be better. But when it comes to customer support, Little Playland makes the big difference. A really good customer service!!!

Little Playland never fails to resolve problems even when they could claim it wasnt their fault. They compensate when something isnt right, rather than just apologizing and doing nothing about it. This is why I always go back to Little Playland time and time again. They are about their customers and it shows.

never had a problem and i have used every service ranging from refund to wrong products to incorrect payment deductions, companies should be judged on how they deal with a problem and Little Playland deal with it.

Im not a regular internet shopper. I think I have ordered a couple of times but service excellent. Also the first time I ordered did not read the small print and my account was debited with a lump sum to cover future postage. As I did not need this, I rang up in panic and the money was refunded immediately.

I ordered bath toys for my toddler. Quality is good and strong. Instructions on how to assemble is easy to understand. However, it took a while before it arrived. About 4 weeks. I think the site is good, just needs to improve their shipping process so customer won't have to wait long for their orders.

Order quickly processed and shipped. Clicked to add to cart. My payment information is stored so mainly it was easy to pay. Little Playland has an amazing selection of products. Our address and payment information is stored so it's super easy to order. And, prices are very competitive.

This company is a scam. They never send out what you pay for. I have received 3 fake tracking numbers from them over the last 4 months so far (still haven’t received my items). I’ve spoken to only two people (from about 30) who actually received items and they said they were poorly made fakes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
