I've been left with nothing but a huge bill

I've been left with nothing but a huge bill that they're insisting I pay! I've no intention of it! Poor service, poor quality and poor manners all round. This is not the way to deal with paying customers. If needs be I'll seek legal advice, but I refuse to pay for something o could have done better myself. So called professionals? I think not!
