Order cancelation did not get honored
I placed an order and sent a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order as per the terms and conditions and the money back guarantee. I am still waiting for the full refund. I emailed the company and have had no communication from them even their automated system does not acknowledge that your email has been received. Very frustrating indeed.
