I bought luxy hair extensions after reading all the positive reviews believing that the quality of the hair would be of good quality. Unfortunately the product was certainly not to my expectations. I have used hair extensions for 15 years and have always had a good experience with good quality hair. I did voice my concerns to the company explaining my disappointment and dissatisfaction they offered me a $20 discount which I found absurd.. I started to use my clip in extensions quite a few months after I received them. I used them for no more than 5 times and noticed that they were very tangly and even after conditioning them and brushing them the quality was very average. And for a company that has such good reviews I started to wonder if these reviews were legit. It’s really disappointing to know the I have spent almost $300 dollars for extensions that are of a very average grade and quality . I have bought extensions at $100 that were much better quality. Keep away from this company there product is not of a good standard in comparison to what you have to pay for them. To me they felt like they used too much silicon to coat the hair which obviously is due to it’s bad quality.
