Trying to get a refund - order never received. Getting in contact with mastercard.

They don't answer emails, the phone, they steal your money. I have tried contacting them on countless occasions. Having to go through credit card company to claim my money back. The scum of the universe.

Avoid at all costs. Rip off company

I had two months of he'll trying to get my order then a refund as they never sent order. Exuse after Exuse. I had to get my credit card company to get my refund after they said they had refunded but had not done so.
