Do yourselves a favour and visit the luxelabel team!

I can not even explain how happy i am with my hair, having extensions done elsewhere i am so glad i was able to try these seamless wefts, they were blended perfectly to my naturally thick hair and the colour match is perfect! thank you so much Krystal and Cass!

Worst customer service ever

So unqualified, rude and don't accept to fix their own mistakes. They ruined my hair and refused to fixed it. Even asked me to go to my own hairdresser to fix my hair at my own cost! They are so unprofessional specially Krystal. Oh and don't you ever accept Elizabeth to be the one cutting your hair! Trust me go somewhere else.

Tape in extensions second grade quality

Third set of extensions purchased online lasted only 1 month, after contacting Krystal from luxe label ( mane attraction) apparently my shampoo and conditioner was blamed the bad quality and condition of my extensions. Well Krystal I never ever changed my shampoo or conditioner through all sets purchased from you. So go figure, YOU lost me as a customer. Absolutely disgusted and appalled with your product second grade extensions

HORRIBLE hair HORRIBLE customer service

First of all they got my order wrong twice! They don't teturn emails and won't refund you for their own mistakes. The hair is very poor quality to top it off. It doesn't feel like silky new hair like all new extensions do. It has a rough feeling from the start. I don't know how they stay in business. I assume off of new customers who only buy once and learn the hard way.

Luxelabel hair is terrible

I wouldn't recommend buying extensions from here, I paid a decent amount for 24inch clip ins in the whitest blonde & they were yellow & barely 22inch. I ordered them for my wedding & was told they would only take one week to arrive. I paid for express post & it took three weeks for them to arrive with no prior warning. They arrived 2 days before my wedding & were wrong. I asked the salon manager about this & had to express post back at my own cost & was refunded - too late to organise decent hair from anywhere else for my wedding. I was also promised to make up for the mistake I would receive free hair extensions, that was over 6 months ago & I never heard anything back 😡 Don't buy hair extensions here!
