These guys are crooks and liars.

Stay away!!!! These guys are crooks and liars. I paid a $7,500 deposit and they never gave my money back. Newburyport rejected their permit because they are not allowed to do business here. They filed under another name (Billco Roofing, LLC), they forged my name, didn't follow state T&C guidelines. I notified both companies within 72 hours to cancel to get my deposit back. I sent cancellation letters to a couple of their address. I called owner John Wolf and notified him by phone within 72 hours. He refused my cancellation. Merrimack Roof is not a legal business registered with the state. They delivered the material anyways. I found the $5,766.41 invoice with the materials and notified him they owed me $1,733.59 and would keep the material, because I was told by the city they NEVER return money. They agreed, but its been months and they will not return my money.
