Wow. Just Wow.
Wow. Just Wow. I'm astounded and not in a good way. I was initially looking forward to using this service, I expected good things. I was so disappointed with the way things were handled from start to finish. No professionalism and no thought for the customer at all. After money was exchanged they just didn't care anymore.
