The cottage was dirty

When one contracts a service online, one expects their offices to be open for business. I drove by at different times of the day for one week. No one was there. I finally emailed them that I was not using them anymore and I wasn’t going to pay for it. Still no one was there, and no one answered the email. I smell a scam. Beware.
