DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible communication, took nearly 2 hours to deliver our car to us on arrival at T4, twice they said they were going to pick us up and take us to the car, then they said they were going to deliver the car to us at T4. We were twice cut off when speaking to them and once the phone was not answered until we used a different phone. When the car arrived (6 phone calls later) the wing mirror was badly damaged with the cover torn off. To add insult to injury we have just received a fine for not paying a drop off charge at T4 timed before we got the car back. The owner of the company is unhelpful in the extreme. DO NOT book parking with this company, you will regret it.

ZERO STARS - terrible company Drove my car during the night and got me two ULEZ fines even though they are not in a ULEZ area Took dashcam off dash and put in passenger doorwell Added 20 miles to clock with no explanation TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION - now contradicting themselves in each email DO NOT USE

Awful. Extra unexplained miles on clock. Dashcam removed and put into passenger door. Awful instructions and rude communication and now wont answer me.
