Not really that great

I was lured back to this company with the promise of great deals. However, I still have yet to see anything in their online store that's worth buying. There are a few decent products, but they aren't really all that great. Their prices aren't as competitive as they used to be, either.

Delivery fail

They promised guaranteed delivery before the holidays, but I still usually receive a few items after the holidays. This is disappointing, because I've ordered certain items specifically for different people. It's embarrassing to tell them that they won't have their gifts in time.
