Coach was a no show.

Coach was a no show. 29 people on a hen party to Chester races, Coach was due at 11:30 and so when didn’t arrive I called out of hours number to be advised the coach had broken down the day before. No one thought to let me or to provide an alternative. Had to contact numerous family members to get us to the races. We missed the first race and worried all day about how we would get home. The day had to be cut short so we could get the last train home. What should have been a lovely memorable day was ruined due to this company’s incompetence. I paid in full and 6 days later still waiting for refund. No one will deal with my query over the phone and I am just provided with an email address. I have sent messages and no reply. I have been advised over the phone that refunds take a minimum of 28 days!!!
