Customer service and delivery - full of broken promises
Order scooter 2 weeks ago, promised delivery, never turned up, nothing from company, chased them to rearrange, second attempt no delivery and no call to explain, so chased again, I’m now sat awaiting delivery which was due 10-12 this morning, I’m still waiting and again nothing from customer service to explain or say there going to be late, the most appalling customer service ever, take your money and are nice and helpful but pay and nothing from them, makes you wonder what, if any after sales care there is or confidence in the company, bloody useless. BE WARNED They promised to update me when I spoke but surprise surprise nothing.
