NO genuine part but cheap alternative for replacement
The don't provide genuine part but cheap alternative for car warranty.

AVOID!!
Will not pay out in the event of a claim, will think of every excuse under the sun

Not worth the paper , not willing to provide invoices for policy, if you claim it is handled by different company.
Broke down by the side of the road, no help offered to recover or repair, after booked in to garage nearest breakdown, repeatedly asked to provide mot certificate, did not tell me repair refused, left abandoned in rural Cornwall.

You pay them, they don’t pay you
Don’t trust this company to pay anything towards your repair. They quote technical jargon from their T&C’s not to pay. They will even an “independent” accessor to evaluate your claim and the paymaster will get a report in their favour. Absolute con, don’t think you’ve got peace of mind by having this company’s warranty because it’s worthless

AVOID like the plague
Paid £72.00 to get diagnostics done at their approved garage who couldnt identify the fault, told to take car to main dealers for further diagnostics, then when fault dignosed was told it was not covered (faulty fuse box) and I would have to pay them £368.20 to get the car repaired, I declined and phoned the main dealers asking what price they quoted to be told £308.20 including VAT ... now I'm dealing with the main dealers and SAVING myself £60.00 !! How and why this is deemed acceptable is beyond me ! Also of note when I rang the main dealer back to confirm I would be dealing with them direct instead of through Motor Easy he informed me that Motor Easy had called him and asked that no information on prices etc... should be passed on to me !! RIP OFF AVOID AT ALL COSTS
