No etiquette

It’s unfortunate that you can reach out to an organization such as this, to inquire about the services they offer and be rebuffed so rudely. Phone etiquette is important, how am I supposed to want to make a purchase from a place that can’t be damned to even speak to me on the phone? That tells me more than I need to know about them.

Elastic Already Broke

Obviously the winter months make workers uncomfortable when performing their service. Summer is no better, so when workers performing a service aren’t very happy, it’s understandable. When they complain non-stop, though, about the weather, their toes freezing or their sweat, then I want to talk to someone else. Services should make sure their reps are business-like. These weren’t. I won’t go back.
